When did YOU last see a nun with bollocks?...

hi all

I was going to write all about our seaside family outing on Friday but I believe that will be in Lisas blog tomorrow so I shall leave that alone...spent a great night in the pub on Friday night....oh, Lisa is going to tell you about that as well...well what does that leave me?

BAFTAS ...had a great night watching Stephen Fry present the show in all its glory from the Odeon Leicester Square...and deservedly so 'Brokeback Mountain' came out on top...ermm so to speak!...it was also lovely to see tandhy newton win her award for 'Crash' which really was my fave film of last year. It was a really great night and I'm so glad that George 'I'm a smug bastard, me' Clooney didn't get anything to add to his trophy cabinet! tee hee...

So happy today, managed to down load an album that I have been searching for since the early 80's 'Tenement Steps' by The Motors...it is still such a good album, I had one of those thoughts about whether I should play it as I might be disappointed, but no, its terrifically way ahead of its time and very odd (just like me really!)...hmm what shall i search for next

3121 is here on 12/3

Oh what about the Brits the other night....forgot to mention them, what an amazing bloody show...it was a class act from as soon as Chris Evans walked on stage...Kaiser Chiefs played well, Coldplay were excellent, Kanye West was sick (hip street talk!) and I nearly choked on my hairball when Chris Evans turned to the camera and said...''and now...Prince''...OH MY GOD, I screamed and grabbed the phone to tell lisa and she was screaming down the other end...totally unnannounced. There he was looking magnificent and very much in control....tears fell as I saw Wendy and Lisa in the band and also Sheila E on drums...it took me back to the times of the great concerts when he performed with the same team, I was there in those heady days and was very proud of that fact. 12 minutes seemed like an hour as he strutted from song to song, and as if by magic he was gone...he left a smoking void on the stage and a crowd of stars screaming for more...I don't think i shall ever recover....
Peace and Out

And where can I start with Green Day if you get chance to see the DVD from Milton Keynes it will blow you away £8.95 on play.com `Bullet in a Bible Live with extra DVD` well worth the money
